Cure Leukaemia has created the commemorative shirt with 1,000 supporters' names included in the design.

It cost £20 to ‘donate a name’ and the first 1,000 names were included in the design and each donor will also receive their own limited edition shirt.

Cure Leukaemia launched the successful fundraising initiative last summer when the entire Wolves squad, including Carl, donated their name in support of the charity.

This year’s shirt wil support the Nigerian International – who has vowed to not only beat the disease but also raise awareness of blood cancer.

Cure Leukaemia tweeted this week: "Thank you @Wolves fans for your patience with these special shirts. The samples have been approved & sent for production #WWFC #TeamKemes"

All of the money raised by Wolves fans will go towards Cure Leukaemia’s work, including the expansion of the Centre for Clinical Haemotology in Birmingham to continue to lead the global fight against all forms of blood cancer.
