Paz Heer, 36, from AB Cakes, designed the Predator-based cake for Arnold Schwarzenegger's trip to Birmingham.

Mr Heer, from Essington, has previously designed cakes for stars including Floyd Mayweather, Anthony Joshua and Eddie Hall.

Predator, starring Schwarzenegger, was released 30 years ago today.

Mr Heer said: "I must have watched it 10 times in my life and I've grown up with [Schwarzenegger].

"He's just an inspiration and meeting him was so cool.

"As soon as I got the confirmation I was doing the cake I watched it again for research – I knew I had to come up with something different."

Mr Heer spent five days slaving over the cake after redesigning it 'five or six' times. He said he had to turn away other business in order to get it finished on time.

The design was a mix of sponge tiers, icing and also a Predator mask.

It included UV blood, a mistmaker and lasers for a stunning effect.

And Arnie himself was impressed, telling Mr Heer he had 'outdone Hollywood' when he was presented the cake.
