Crews from Fallings Park were called to the fire on Old Fallings Lane at 5:16pm on Sunday, which had started in a back garden.

A section of a shed in the garden had been badly damaged in the blaze but crews managed to save it from destroying the whole thing.

A West Midlands Fire Control spokesperson said crews had managed to stop the blaze from spreading to a nearby building containing valuable items.

They said: "Crews from Fallings Park were called out to Old Fallings Lane to reports of an outdoor fire on Sunday evening.

"They managed to prevent the fire from completely destroying the shed in the garden and also stopped it from spreading to a nearby building containing valuable items."

Crews arrived quickly after receiving the call for assistance, turning up at the property just three minutes later.
