Pringle, Pom, Wotsit, Skip and Snaps, named after popular snacks, were found abandoned in a Walkers crisp box.

They were taken to Birmingham animal hospital to be treated as they were showing signs of cat flu but after being deemed well enough they were taken into foster care by the RSPCA in Walsall.

Now the kittens are looking to find a new permanent home.

The kittens are now looking for a permanent home

RSPCA Walsall said on Facebook: "The kittens are all absolutely adorable little souls, they each have their own individual personalities and although they are a close knit group of five, there are friendships which have been formed between certain kittens.

"Pringle (smallest black male) is the most confident kitten out of them all. He is always causing mischief and is always the first to explore, with the others not far behind him. Pringle is very human orientated and loves a fuss and a cuddle. #

"Wotsit (ginger and white male) is very good friends with Skip (bigger black male with white hairs on his chest) so we'd ideally like them to go as a pair. Pom is the only little girl in the litter, she is the dark tortie (black and ginger). Pom is a very lovable little girl, she loves to sit on your lap for a cuddle.

"Snaps (black and white male) is very cheeky, he is always the first into the food bowl to get his fair share. He gets on well with all the kittens.

"The kittens have all been health checked by a vet, microchipped, flea'd, wormed and they have had their first vaccination. They will need to come back to our vet in Walsall on June 22 for their second vaccination."

The charity also said it would not be rehoming the kittens to live alone, adding: "They must be rehomed in pairs, or they can go individually if you have an existing young cat for them to play with."
