Officers attended the scene of reported incidents in a Stafford residential area.

They found the car at the centre of the allegations but not the driver.

However, they discovered that the vehicle had no tax so they promptly seized it.

Officers from Staffordshire Roads Policing Unit posted an image of the car on social media and added: "Unfortunately the driver wasn’t present and neither will their car be when they return due to having no tax. Vehicle seized."
