Charity golf day swinging by this summer

A popular golf day is being held to raise money for one of Staffordshire's biggest charities.

Stafford-based Katharine House Hospice’s popular Swing Fore Katharine mixed golf day is returning for its seventh year.

The hospice, which provides free care services and end of life care for patients in Staffordshire, is calling on local people to sign up for the event which takes place on June 22.

It will once again be held at Brocton Hall Golf Club.

Teams can be all male, all female or any combination of both and prizes are on offer for first, second and third on both AM and PM shotguns with an overall winners trophy too.

The shoguns starts at 8:30am and 2pm

Tickets per person for AM shotgun includes a one course lunch and £50 per person for PM shotgun includes a two course dinner and live auction.
