Appeal after Smethwick break-ins

An appeal has been launched to track down a suspected burglar following two break-ins in Smethwick last month.

Police said the suspect is believed to have gained entry to both properties by throwing a brick through rear patio doors on January 29 between 12.30pm and 1.30pm.

The first break-in took place at Tomblin Drive and nothing was taken. The second break-in on Bainbridge Road sawa silver ipad stolen.

Officers said the man pictured may have been involved.
