Four-year-old boy among four injured in Oswestry crash
Four people, including a four-year-old boy, were injured when the car they were travelling left the A5 and hit a tree.
Police are appealing for witnesses after a collision which happened around 5.55pm on Saturday on the A5 at Aston near the Ironworks Museum in Oswestry.
For reasons yet to be established, a vehicle travelling eastbound towards Shrewsbury left the carriageway onto the grass verge and collided with a tree on the embankment. It is believed only one vehicle was involved in the collision.
Four people - a 37-year-old man, two women aged 34 and 20 and a four-year-old boy - were taken to hospital for treatment. Their injuries are not believed to be life-threatening.
Enquiries are on-going and police are appealing for any motorists who were on the road at the time, in particular any motorists who may have dash cam footage.
