'We will not tolerate family disputes playing out on the streets of the Black Country' judge tells son of stab victim jailed for affray

The son of Mohammed Osman Khan who was stabbed to death in a family argument has been sentenced to 18 months for his role in the tragedy.

Despite admitting stabbing father-of-four Mr Osman Khan' to death his nephew Annib Khan was found not guilty of murder, manslaughter and wounding with intent by a jury at Wolverhampton Crown Court last month.

However, his cousin Zane Khan who stormed into the Buffery Road family home of Annib's grandmother with his father was found guilty of affray.

Annib was left with slash wounds to his head after being attacked by the father and son with a metal spice grinder.

Khan was serving a suspended sentence for affray at the time of the killing on June 21 last year and had a previous conviction for road rage.
