Black Country homes to be sold at auction from £5k
A four-bedroom house listed at less than £30,000 is among the stand-out Black Country properties set to go under the hammer at Bond Wolfe’s next online property auction.
Around 60 homes, priced from £5,000 to £450,00 are up for sale and are expected to attract bidders from across the country and overseas on Thursday, October 26.
Gurpreet Bassi, chief executive of Bond Wolfe, said: “We are regularly seeing more than 20,000 people watching and taking part in our auctions from home or abroad, attracted by the wide range of properties for sale across the Black Country.”
Among these is 2 Willcock Road, Wolverhampton, a four-bedroomed semi-detached house listed with a guide price of £24,000 to £29,000.
