Damilola Johnson, 18, is accused of killing Simon Johnson, who is not a relation.

On Saturday, another teenager, 16, appeared at Walsall Magistrates Court, also charged with the 41-year-old's murder.

It brings to three the number of people charged as part of the investigation.

A16-year-old is accused of burglary on the same night Mr Johnson was found dead.

He died from stab wounds.

Damilola Johnson will appear before Walsall Magistrates Court in July.

Mr Johnson had been a fitter at Black Country Glazing in Cradley Heath for 25 years and was a father of two daughters.
