The county town's Victoria Park was the min focus of the events to celebrate the momentous events of May 8, 1945 or Victory in Europe Day when the Second World War Allies accepted Germany's unconditional surrender. Stafford photographer Ian Knight of  Z70 Photography captured the celebrations.
