Amy Marney, 33, of Willenhall, admitted having in her possession an XL Bully type dog named Hugo in the town on April 6 last year.
The defendant previously entered a guilty plea in August and the case adjourned for a contested dog destruction application.

A date for the appeal was set for December 11 at Walsall Magistrates Court.
On Monday(24), Marney, of St Giles Road, in Rose Hill, was granted unconditional bail at a preliminary hearing held before Wolverhampton magistrates.
