Kayla Adams-Kolmer, aged eight and from Stafford, has raised more than £500 in total in aid of the health service.

The youngster, who attends Burton Manor School, in Stafford, has also won a number of pageant titles from Little Miss West Midlands and Little Miss Congeniality.

Following winning the Little Miss West Midlands title, Kayla was also in the running to win Miss UK, and was a finalist in the fierce competition.

After winning her titles, Kayla decided she wanted to do something to give back to the community and began fundraising.

She has hosted litter picks in her community, raffles, tombolas and also virtual competitions.

Earlier this year, Kayla raised £110 for the NHS, as well as collecting and donating products to deliver to hospital.

Thanks

Kayla has thanked all of her supporters for helping her reach her fundraising goals.

Outside of her fundraising, she enjoys going for long walks in the forest where she also does litter picks.

Kayla said: "Rubbish makes me angry as it's not good for the environment or the animals, so I like to help while discovering new things."

She also enjoys dancing and her favourite style is jazz.

During February, the caring youngster is continuing her fundraising by raising money for Congeniality Pets, which is dedicated to supporting rescue pets in their forever homes.
