Mander Music Live at Mander Centre
Come and join in the first Mander Music Live event on the 1st February from 11am – 3pm. A free event for all the family to enjoy whilst popping round the shops and stopping for a bite to eat. In partnership with The Live Day show from WCR FM 101.8, hosts Susan Vickers and James Levett are bringing the music to the mall!
Kicking off the show is Definite Physical Change. These guys never fail to get the crowd up and dancing! From covers of your current favourites to their own unique spin on classics, you will be singing in the aisles!
Next up is the Jack Fletcher Band, a local 4 piece indie-rock band that are the real deal. With their stripped back guitar sound, Midlands twang and live for the moment attitude, they’re one not to be missed! To date, these lads have played numerous festivals and venues supporting the likes of Primal Scream, The Coral and Cast.
Megan Reece was a finalist on The Voice UK and has been singing and performing since the age of 11. Upon leaving school, Megan joined a 10 piece soul band called Committed and this is where she really discovered her vocal strengths – soul and Jazz. Being picked by Paloma Faith in the 2016 series of The Voice UK, Megan has been showcasing the talent of Wolverhampton ever since!
And finally we have Stacy Green performing as P!NK, one of the UK’s top percolators, Stacy, who classes herself as ‘ a bit of a belter’ can also be seen as Cher, Annie Lennox and the lead to the female fronted tribute band to Queen as ‘Freda Mercury’ - she will truly rock you!
