'Inclusive' and 'diverse' Wolverhampton school hailed 'good' after visit from Ofsted inspector
A Wolverhampton school where pupils "thrive" and "flourish" has been handed a "good" rating following a visit from an education inspector.

Our Lady and St Chad Catholic Academy – which is part of the St Francis and St Clare Catholic Multi Academy Company – was given the ranking by Ofsted after an inspection in May.
Inspectors labelled the school as "inclusive" and "diverse" and praised staff for prioritising the "welfare" and "well-being" of their pupils.
They also noted the number of extra-curricular activities on offer to pupils, including a drone club, chess club and on-site hair salon where students are taught how to cut hair by local barbers.
Inspectors described the school's curriculum as "well-planned" and "sequenced" from Years 7 to 13, with teachers "carefully" selecting resources and strategies to create links to earlier learning.
