Three appear in court following death of woman hit by van on golf course near Sutton Coldfield

Three men have appeared at Wolverhampton Crown Court charged with the manslaughter of Suzanne Cherry.

The 62-year-old from Aldridge was hit by a van when playing golf at Little Aston Golf Club near Streetly on April 11 at 10.25am and seriously injured- she later died in hospital.

Johnny McDonald, aged 22, from Molyneux Road, Netherton; John McDonald, aged 51, from Booth Street, Bloxwich and Brett Delaney, aged 34 from Michael Road, Darlaston are all charged with manslaughter.
