Wolverhampton BMW driver ran red light and crashed into van while double the drink drive limit
A man who drove through a red light and hit a van while twice the drink drive limit admitted to it at the scene, a court heard.
Asher Wright, 24, and of Lawnside Green in Wolverhampton, owned up at the scene of the crash on Wednesfield Way, on June 3.
Dudley Magistrates Court heard on Thursday that Wright's BMW 1 Series collided with a Mercedes van at around midnight.
