Rowley Regis man in court accused of having a fighting dog denies it is an XL Bully
A Rowley Regis man accused of owning a fighting dog has pleaded not guilty and insisted the animal is not an XL Bully.
Kevin Hancoks, aged 43, denies having a fighting dog in his possession or custody in March of this year.
He was summoned to Dudley Magistrates Court to enter a plea on Thursday.
