Drink driver caught in white BMW handed fine and road ban
A drink driver who was caught in a white BMW has been fined and banned from the road.
Kelland Burke-Smith, from Highley, near Bridgnorth, was caught on Cleobury Road, Bewdley on February 3 this year.
A breath test found the 24-year-old had 62 microgrammes of alcohol per 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit in England and Wales is 35mcg.
