Wednesbury club at centre of attempted murder probe loses licence
A nightclub at the centre of an attempted murder probe has had its licence revoked.
The decision to shut MJ’s Bar, based on Bridge Street, Wednesbury, was made by Sandwell Council on Wednesday, September 6.
It came after a man was seriously injured in an attack inside the venue in the early hours of August 13.
The club last month had its licence suspended in an expedited review but has now been ordered to close its doors for good.
