Appeal after memorial bench 'ripped up' from fittings and dumped into brook in Hagley
A memorial bench in the Black Country has been "ripped up" from its fittings and dumped into a brook, officers have said.

Police said the incident happened on Hagley playing fields, on Church Street, between December 29 and the following day.
And they have now launched an appeal to find those responsible and urged anyone with information to contact them.
