Two men stabbed and one shot in Birmingham
Two men were stabbed and another shot in a daylight attack in Birmingham.
Police and paramedics were called to Hob Moor Road at around 10am on Friday.
Three men were found with injuries, one who had a gunshot wound and two with stab injuries, one of whom was seriously injured.
Jamie Arrowsmith, spokesman for West Midlands Ambulance Service, said: "We were called to reports of an incident on Hob Moor Road at 10.02am, three ambulances, two paramedic officers and the Midlands Air Ambulance Critical Care Car attended the scene.
"On arrival we discovered three patients, all of whom were male. Two of the patients were treated for stabbing injuries, whilst the third was treated for a gunshot injury.
"One of the patients who had been stabbed was treated for serious injuries, the remaining two patients were treated for injuries not believed to be serious. All three patients were then taken to hospital."
West Midlands Police has been contacted for comment.
