Dudley man arrested after fatal street stabbing
A man from Dudley has been arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to commit murder after a fatal stabbing.
Robert Eacock, aged 33, suffered a stab wound after being attacked in Hereford city centre on January 28.
He died in hospital the following day. The attack happened outside shops in Commercial Street at around 12pm.
A 31-year-old man was arrested on Thursday evening.
He remained in police custody on Friday.
Anthony Boyd, 22, from Willenhall, had previously been charged with murder.
He will appear at Worcester Crown Court on March 5 for a plea and case management hearing.
A post mortem has shown Mr Eacock died from a single stab wound.
