Man on the run for six months after newsagents attack

A man who was found guilty of wounding at a newsagents has been on the run for six months.

Lee Lewis committed the offence at McColl's in Howdles Lane, Brownhills, and was convicted in July last year at a court hearing which he failed to turn up to.

The 38-year-old, who is from Brownhills, has been wanted ever since prompting West Midlands Police to issue an appeal for information on his whereabouts.
