Staffordshire Police excecuted a warrant at Littlewood Lane, Cheslyn Hay on October 28, where 200 plants and a large amount of ready dried cannabis, with a total street value of £150,000 was found.

On November 1, police received a call from Western Power workers who were refused entry to a house in Ebstree Road, Seisdon and became suspicious.

Police later forced entry into the site, where more than 300 plants with a street value of £150,000 were found alongside growing equipment.

South Staffordshire LPT Commander, Inspector Richard Meaden, said: "These two incidents go some way to showing the local communities my drive to deal with the problem of drugs within our communities. Working where necessary with partners we will identify and tackle these issues head on.
