Video shows the heavily armed officers telling the now-convicted terrorist to 'get on the floor' with their guns all pointed at the suspect.

It is believed Ummariyat Mirza and his sister Zainub Mirza were in the 'final stages' of their terror plot as they drove the red Ford Fiesta in Alum Rock, Birmingham. The pair could even have been on their way to carry out the attack.

The pair, along with Ummariyat's wife Taheer were all convicted today of planning a bloodthirsty terrorist attack on the streets of the West Midlands by using a deadly hunting knife.
