Eight new, double-height industrial units have been developed, ranging in size from 675 - 950 sq ft, and they are available for immediate occupation.
The project is part of Hortons’ continued investment in the estate’s evolution and follows the recent launch of more than 88,500 sq ft of comprehensively refurbished industrial/warehouse and manufacturing space on the same site.
A selection of high-quality units are currently available to let at Wellington Industrial Estate from 15,000 - 40,000 sq ft.

Jeremy Boothroyd, of Hortons, said: “The redevelopment of Wellington House has brought new life to a vacant building in a sought-after industrial location. We’ve delivered sustainable, double-height units which will help meet local demand for high-quality space.
"This project is part of our wider investment in Wellington Industrial Estate, where we’re also offering larger, refurbished units, to suit a range of occupier needs.”
Wellington Industrial Estate is a secure, well-maintained commercial site, located just off the A4123 Birmingham New Road, near Dudley.
