Crickley Fields, which is currently under construction in Brockworth, Gloucestershire, is a collection of premium two, three and four-bedroom homes.
In addition to creating much-needed new housing in the area, Kendrick has also committed more than £130,000 to the nearby area through contributions towards sports facilities, library services, waste and recycling, and sustainable transport initiatives.
This includes nearly £50,000 to enhance local sports amenities and more than £9,000 towards Brockworth Library.

Kirsty Darby, head of sales for Kendrick Homes, said: “We’re incredibly proud to be building in Brockworth - a village with such character, charm and a real sense of community. From our investment in local facilities to our commitment to quality and sustainability, we’re here to make a lasting, positive contribution to the area and everyone who calls it home.”
Work started in November on the Crickley Fields development, situated off Shurdington Road, which offers a blend of countryside calm and city convenience - with an emphasis on sustainability, comfort and quality.
To celebrate the launch of the development, the developer is offering an exclusive incentive for early buyers, where £5,000 will be given towards flooring or home upgrades if a reservation is made before June 30.
Each home comes with luxury features as standard, including fitted wardrobes, landscaped gardens, air source heat pumps, EV chargers and high-performance insulation.
Located six miles from Cheltenham and four miles from central Gloucester, Brockworth is a popular location for families - enjoying easy access via the M5 motorway, which is only a five-minute drive away, with Cheltenham and Gloucester train stations also situated just a few miles away.
The first homes will be ready for occupation towards the end of August.
