Four Walsall homes in need of renovation among auction lots
Four houses across Walsall, that are in desperate need of renovation, will be featured in Bond Wolfe’s auction this May.
The amount of work needed is reflected in their low prices, which are substantially below current market values for properties in the area.

The first property, 38 Trees Road, is in need of the most work due to being damaged by a fire.

The three-bedroomed house, which has a guide price of £110,000-plus, has front and rear gardens and a driveway. Inside, there is a bare kitchen with no fittings, a reception room, rear lobby and upstairs shower room, with a WC on both floors.

Gurpreet Bassi, chief executive at Bond Wolfe, said: “Renovation work will restore this property and achieve a substantial return on investment.
“This is the ideal opportunity for a builder or property investor looking to expand their portfolio.”
The next house, 60 Hawbush Road, Walsall, has three bedrooms, front and rear gardens, two reception rooms, a kitchen and driveway parking. The bedrooms, bathroom and WC are upstairs. Gas central heating and double glazed windows are fitted but the house is in need of refurbishment throughout. This property’s canopy porch leads to the hall and it has a guide price of £129,000-plus.

In Willenhall, the third property, 19 Gough Street, also has three bedrooms with a paved driveway and both front and rear gardens.

The end-terraced property, which has a £110,000-plus guide price, has a hall, reception room, kitchen, downstairs WC and fully-fitted bathroom upstairs. The house has gas central heating and double glazed windows but is in need of renovation throughout.
The fourth house, 13 Ambrose Close, stands on an irregular-shaped plot with front, rear and side gardens and has been listed at £115,000-plus.

Inside, the house features a hall, reception room, rear lobby, downstairs WC, three bedrooms and upstairs bathroom.
Gas central heating and double glazed windows can be found throughout but the property is in need of work.
Mr Bassi said: “All four properties offer the potential for excellent returns and we predict intense interest from bidders across the UK when they go under the hammer at our live streamed auction.”
All four properties are among the 173 lots set to appear in Bond Wolfe’s auction, which is due to start at 8.30am on May 15.
The prices listed are guide prices which are estimated values set by the seller, indicating the minimum price they are willing to accept for the property.
The auction will be live streamed via Bond Wolfe’s website with remote bidding by proxy, telephone or internet.
