The MP was told about the company’s work helping clients to reduce their environmental impact through the rollout of energy-efficient heating and hot water solutions plus the team’s efforts to deliver significant retrofitting heating and hot water projects.

Lord Combustion Services director Emma Tibbetts, who hosted the visit, said: “We were really pleased that as our local MP Sarah Coombes was able to visit Lord Combustion Services.

“We are proud to have been trading in the Black Country for more than 40 years, and the visit gave us the opportunity to discuss our work and recent achievements, as well as sharing our experiences on important issues such as skills and training.

“With increasing focus on net zero initiatives, their work in leading the way on new technology such as heat pumps is playing a vital role in supporting the economic success of local businesses.

“The visit was a great opportunity to find out more about a successful business in my constituency.”Having launched in 1982, Lord has a team of nearly 50 staff serving customers across the West Midlands, including 300 schools, NHS sites, public buildings and local landmarks such as Edgbaston Stadium in Birmingham.
