Major restoration work has been getting underway at a Wordsley autocentre that has been closed for more than a year after it was hit by a severe fire.

Chemix Autocentre Stourbridge – Team Protyre has been closed since a large fire ripped through the premises on March 19, 2024.
More than 40 firefighters tackled the flames which saw nearby residents evacuated and the main A491 closed temporarily.
