It had been on the market with Hexagon Commercial Property based in Stourbridge with the freehold listed for sale with a guide price of £1,500,000 but it has reportedly sold, subject to contract, for £2 million.
Sales particulars described it as a "rare opportunity to acquire a single let industrial open storage investment" in the heart of the Black Country.
