Former children’s nursery in Wolverhampton for sale at auction
A former children's nursery in Wolverhampton is set to go to auction next month, with a guide price of £410,000.
The former Probert Road nursery on Ingestre Road, Oxley, is among the lots set to feature in the next livestreamed auction hosted by Bond Wolfe Auctions on Thursday, May 15.
The property, situated on a plot of approximately 0.8 acres, may be suitable for redevelopment, subject to planning consents.
Gurpreet Bassi, chief executive of Bond Wolfe, said: “This is a former nursery on a large plot that is situated within a mixed-use area of commercial and residential units, benefiting from good local services.

“The property can be accessed via Ingestre Road and Probert Road, next to the former Probert Court Nursing Home.
“The ground floor building has an interconnected classroom and dining room, a kitchen, three storerooms, three blocks of toilets, two further classrooms, two offices and a changing room.

“There is plenty of off-road parking outside, along with a children’s play area and substantial gardens.
“Potential purchasers should be aware that the property has been vandalised and is therefore in need of refurbishment.”

Bond Wolfe is selling the former children’s nursery in Wolverhampton on behalf of a housing association.
The property auction, which is due to start at 8.30am on May 15, will be livestreamed via Bond Wolfe’s website with remote bidding by proxy, telephone or internet.
