Joining the Sandwell-based team are Tia Atwal, who takes on the role of Administrative Assistant, and Robina Kauser who joins as a Care Specialist, working directly with clients to provide personalised care and support.

The latest appointments come as Bridgewater Home Care launches an active recruitment drive to meet increasing demand for its services.

The company aims to appoint six new Care Specialists by the end of Spring 2025, ensuring that more individuals and families in Sandwell have access to trusted and compassionate care that enables them to live independently in their own homes.

"We are delighted to welcome Tia and Robina to the Bridgewater family," said Managing Director, Christopher Taylor.

"Their skills, passion, and dedication to making a difference in people’s lives will be invaluable as we continue to grow and meet the needs of our community.

"As demand for our services continues to rise, it’s more important than ever that we expand our team with caring, committed individuals who share our values of compassion, respect, and excellence in care"

The company says it is actively seeking "compassionate individuals who want to make a real difference in people’s lives". Whether candidates are experienced carers or new to the care sector, full training and ongoing professional development are provided.

"We are encouraging anyone with a caring nature and a genuine desire to help others to consider joining our team," added Christopher.

"Working in care is incredibly rewarding, and we offer full support, flexible working hours, and the opportunity to build a meaningful career."
