The launch of the store on Linkway Retail Park will create 43 jobs.
The discount retailer has taken possession of a previous Poundstretcher store which provides a space of 19,796sqft.
It will undergo a comprehensive internal and external refurbishment programme before officially opening its doors at 8am on Tuesday, July 23.
