Wolverhampton cafe back open as staff test negative for coronavirus

Gluttons, in Tettenhall Arcade, closed last Sunday after a worker showed symptoms of Covid-19

But the company tested all of its staff, included the affected worker, and the results have now all come back as negative.

As a result, the cafe on High Street was reopening for business on Monday.

In a statement, the cafe said: "We are so relieved about this. We know that we made the right decision to close the business until we tested all staff members.

"This situation has been very challenging for us as individuals, as well as a business.

"We’ve learnt that our business will need to be very reactive to the ever changing environment we are now unfortunately living in.

"We tried to do our best in this situation to protect our staff and customers and thankfully we can reopen again tomorrow."
