The application has been made to vary a premises licence under the Gambling Act 2005 by varying the layout of the premises to add a greyhound track in accordance with the plans supplied in support of the application.
Wolverhampton Council has made the application to the Licensing Authority ahead of the arrival of the track in the autumn.
The Licensing Authority has asked for anyone who lives near the course, has business interests which could be affected by the new activity or who represents someone in either category and who wishes to make representations about the application to do so by June 19.
