The Express & Star found discounts of 90 per cent for some fruity-flavoured vapes which sell in the millions each week.

Vape Factorie, in Wolverhampton's Wulfrun Centre, were selling 10 Crystal disposable vapes for £10 on Friday, which would save bargain hunters £70.

The shop had even rigged up a charity 'wheel of fortune' outside for people to take a spin and get a random flavour whilst benefitting Macmillan Cancer Support.

Yasir, from Vape Factorie, backs the ban as single-use vapes are bad for the environment and unregulated, while fake products being sold by corner shops have been undercutting his prices.
