Man charged after combat-style knife seized in Smethwick
A man has been charged after a knife was recovered in Smethwick.

Jayden Thompson, aged 18, from Smethwick, has been charged with possession of a knife. He is due to appear at Dudley Magistrates Court next month.
The arrest and charge comes after a combat-style knife was seized during a stop and search on Cuin Road, Smethwick yesterday (Wednesday) evening.
A police spokesman said: "We take knife crime and carrying a weapon seriously.
"If you know someone who is carrying a weapon please call us on 101 to report.
"You can also talk to us online or report anonymously to Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111."
