CQC orders a Wolverhampton care home to implement an action plan after receiving 'information of concern'
The latest report into the performance of a Wolverhampton care home says it requires improvement in three areas and is asking it for an action plan

Bentley Court Care Home in Nordley Road, Wednesfield, was assessed by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) between March 6 and 17 after the body 'received information of concern.'
In the results which have now been published, out of five categories rated, three - Safe, Caring and Well-Led - were given a 'Requires improvement' response. The other two categories - Effective and Responsive - were rated as 'Good.'
The 77-bedroom care home is run by care company Bondcare.

The overview of the report read: "There were insufficient staff to support people effectively. People were not consistently given choices about their care and support and care plans and risk assessments were not always followed.
"Medicines were not consistently stored safely, and governance systems were not always effective in identifying concerns and making improvements.
"There were missed opportunities for learning and the providers culture was not always followed by all staff. The provider was in breach of the legal regulations relating to staffing and governance systems."
But it did say that the provider did ensure staff were treated fairly and worked with other agencies to deliver people's care as well as meeting people's health needed and that medicines were administered safely.
On people's experience of the service, it found mixed views about staffing levels with some relatives feeling there were times when there were not enough staff available to support people at the times they needed it.
But people felt safe living at the service and felt they received the support they needed from staff who knew them well and their health needs were met by staff.
The government body has now asked the home to implement an action plan before the next inspections
