Phone lines went down at Staffordshire hospital due to 'external' fault
Callers to Cannock Chase Hospital were unable to connect to departments due to an "external" fault this morning.

The issue has now been resolved and phone calls are now getting through at the premises in Brunswick Road in Cannock.
Royal Wolverhampton NHS Trust which runs the hospital posted on X: "@RWT_NHS We're having telephone issues at Cannock Chase Hospital which means people can't contact any departments.
This is an external problem and we're working to get things fixed as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience. As soon as the issue is resolved we'll update."
