Man jailed for disorder in Birmingham last summer
A man has been jailed for his role in disorder in the West Midlands.

Adam Said was part of a large group of people who caused disorder in Bordesley Green, Birmingham, on August 5, 2024.
The 19-year-old was found to be leading and encouraging violent disorder as he drove around the city in a black Range Rover, West Midlands Police said.
During the disorder, a Skoda was smashed and a man was assaulted outside a pub in Stoney Lane.

Said, of Washwood Heath Road, Birmingham, was sentenced to two years and four months at Birmingham Crown Court on Friday (May 23) after pleading guilty to violent disorder.
Chief Superintendent Richard North, from West Midlands Police, said: “This has been an excellent but complex investigation.
“We would like to thank members of the public for their help in our investigation.
“We do not tolerate violence in our towns and cities, or tolerate those who use social media to encourage such violence.”
