Arson attack on cars in Birmingham prompts appeal for information

Police are appealing for information following an arson attack on vehicles in a Birmingham residential street.

At around 1.15am this morning (Thursday) two vehicles were set on fire outside an address in Clements Road, Yardley - Nobody was injured.

A West Midlands Police spokesman said: "We understand this will be concerning for the community, and we will have extra officers in the area to provide reassurance.

"Our investigators are appealing for anyone who may have witnessed this incident, or may have information to help our investigation, to contact us."
