Car stopped for clocking up 110mph on M6 near Stafford was carrying wanted person
A person wanted by the immigration services was a passenger in a car travelling at speeds of 110mph on the M6 near Stafford.

Staffordshire Road Crime team pulled over the speeding vehicle between junction 12 at Stafford and junction 13 near Stone on Tuesday(20) night.
The unit posted on X: "One way to get our attention, like our last stop check, is to driver at 110mph up the M6 J12 to J13 with a marked police car behind you.
"Make it worse only have a provisional licence, no insurance & the passenger wanted by Immigration. Car seized & custody space for one."
