Trams delayed amid Wolverhampton road traffic collision - latest update

Tram users have been warned of minor disruptions following a crash in Wolverhampton.

Delays are possible to tram lines between Wolverhampton Station and Edgebaston Village following a 'minor RTC' that has taken place near Priestfields, Wolverhampton

The distruption was first reported by West Midlands Metro at around 8.24am, with the group saying that at least one tram has been 'pulled from service'.

On X, the group said: "Some delays to service due to a minor RTC which has meant a tram has been pulled from service.

"Trams are still operating between Wolverhampton Station and Edgbaston Village."

Emergency services have been approached for more information.
