Emergency services called to scene after road traffic collision on M6 junction near Walsall
A collision on the roundabout under a motorway junction has left the slip road blocked and emergency services called to the scene.

The collision took place mid-afternoon on the roundabout underneath the M6 at junction 9 for Walsall and Wednesbury and left the northbound entry slip road closed, with Ambulance and fire crews called to the scene.
It also meant that there were delays on the approaches to the roundabout from the A461 Bescot Road and Wood Green Road, while other routes were affected.
A spokesman for West Midlands Roads said: " At the M6 junction 9 and A461, there has been a road traffic collision on this route at the roundabout.
"The M6 junction 9 Northbound entry slip road is currently closed.
"As a result, there's delays on the approaches to A461 Bescot Road/Wood Green Road & impacting other routes."
A spokeswoman for West Midlands Ambulance Service said: "We were called to reports of an RTC on the M6 at Junction 9 in Wednesbury at 3.38pm and sent two ambulances, two paramedic officers, the WMAS Critical Care Car, a MERIT trauma doctor with a critical care paramedic and our Hazardous Area Response Team to the scene.”
West Midlands Fire Service confirmed that crews were at the scene, but said that due to it being a live incident, no information was currently available.
