As part of Green Libraries Month, Perton Library and Wild About Perton hosted their annual science fair for all the family on Saturday.

All across the library, there were plenty of activities, from meeting the astronaut and holding a meteorite to learning about STEMbotics in Robot and Coding Workshops and learning about climate change with Staffordshire County Council and South Staffordshire Council.

Representatives from Staffordshire Fire and Rescue Service and Staffordshire Police were in attendance at the event, as well as a natural group offering chance to hold a snake or a lizard, while those in attendance also enjoyed the Lancaster Bomber flyover.
