Buses diverted as road in Wolverhampton closes
A bus service has been diverted following a road closure in Wolverhampton.

National Express West Midlands has warned that one bus service has been forced to divert due to a road closure on Aldersley Road, Wolverhampton.
The diversion was announced at around 10.53am on Wednesday, with the public transport group warning that the service in the area has been disrupted.

The group announced on X: "Aldersley Road, Wolverhampton, is currently closed.
Service 6 diverted in both directions via Lowlands Avenue and Codsall Road. We apologise for any inconvenience caused."
It is unknown as of yet the nature of the road closure, however, emergency services have been approached for more information.
