Manslaughter sentencing of West Bromwich teenager is delayed again

The sentencing of two people who have admitted the manslaughter of teenager Isaac Brown in West Bromwich last year has again been adjourned.

Reehan Nazir, aged 18 of Edith Road, Smethwickand a 14-year-old, who can't be named for legal reasons were due to be sentenced at Manchester Crown Court this morning after admitting manslaughter, robbery and possession of an offensive weapon at Bolton Crown Court in an earlier hearing.

But the case has been vacated and sentencing will now take place on Wednesday June 4.

Sentencing had already been delayed by Lord Justice Brown on January 30 after he asked for more medical reports.

Issac Brown, aged 15,  was stabbed to death in New Square, West Bromwich just after 9pm on April 7 last year.
